What you ll do as an HR and Payroll Assistant: Provide administrative support across a wide range of HR and payroll activities throughout the employee lifecycle Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee change processes, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and accurately Assist with payroll preparation by processing employee updates and supporting monthly reporting requirements Act as a key point of contact for HR system queries, helping colleagues navigate processes and resolve routine issues Produce and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation to support business and compliance requirements Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, audits, and people-focused initiatives Liaise with internal stakeholders and external ..... full job details .....
