We''re working with a successful and growing business looking for an ambitious HR and Payroll Assistant to join their busy HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety, enjoys supporting people, and wants hands-on exposure across HR, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and training. What you''ll be doing: Supporting weekly payroll and resolving payroll queries Managing HR administration and employee records Coordinating recruitment, interviews and onboarding Supporting employee relations and absence management processes Organising training and maintaining learning records Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees Getting involved in HR projects and employee engagement initiatives What we''re looking for: Previous HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR and Payroll experience Payroll exposure, ideally using Sage 50 Payroll or a similar system CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards it Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Why apply? 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Free on-site parking Pension scheme and life assurance Employee rewards programme Ongoing training and career development Broad HR exposure in a supportive, growing business Interested?
