The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within a fast-paced industrial environment and will live within a commutable distance to East Kent. Full right to work in the UK will only be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Duties:Manage a range of ER casework (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).Coach and support managers on people-related issues and employee performance.Attend formal HR meetings as the advisor/representative.Keep HR systems up to date and maintain accurate records.Deliver and support training sessions on HR policy and employment legislation.Assist with wider HR projects including wellbeing, culture and employee engagement.Payroll Duties:Administer and prep monthly payroll for up to a large number of employees using a payroll system ready for the payroll company.Manage all payroll-related administration including starters, leavers, adjustments and benefits.Conduct thorough payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.Act as first point of contact for payroll queries, liaising with managers and employees.About YouCIPD Level 5 or ..... full job details .....
