      <description>Location: Nottingham | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum &amp;pound;50K is with &amp;pound;4K car allow&amp;#39; + Bonu | Type: Permanent | GBR Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading progressive people centric East Midlands based construction company,-recruiting for an experienced- HR &amp; Payroll Manager- to lead the HR / ER / Payroll process across the organisation in a true HR Generalist (360 degree) capacity, reporting to-the HR Director, overseeing HR Advisor-(x2) &amp; HR Assistant-(x2)-&amp;-working in close partnership as a HRBP with the-SMT members.   You will be a time served HR Manager / People Manager with Payroll experience, who is ideally CIPD Level 5 or Level 7-qualified -&amp;-from within a business employing over 500 employees.-  This key-HRM-role is on-site based at the Leicester HQ 5 days a week (no hybrid).-  The client not only wants a 360 degree HR generalist but also someone with strong knowledge of-payroll processing &amp; systems (oversees a Payroll Manager).
