Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected employment law and HR consultancy to recruit an HR Advisor/Trainer on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor/Trainer: Deliver generalist HR advice to organisations of various sizes across all sectors, communicating pragmatic and tailored advice to all clients. Draft and prepare documents such as contracts of employment, policies, procedures and letters and other documents. Look after the HR needs of your own group of clients who use our retained HR services. Provide support to clients with investigation, grievance, disciplinary and other sensitive matters. Design, deliver and evaluate high-impact training sessions for clients across diverse sectors, covering both core HR topics and tailored development needs. Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and create bespoke learning solutions aligned with business goals. Develop high standard of training materials and resources, including presentations, learning booklets, interactive tasks and post-training follow-ups Deliver HR related training to clients both in person and virtually Candidate Requirements for the HR Advisor/Trainer: 2+ years practical experience in an HR advisory role where you supported and/or delivered training on issues around the employee lifecycle.
