HR Advisor Hours: 21 per week Salary: £31-£33k pro rata to £18,600-£19,800 Overview The Human Resource Advisor plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality, professional HR services to VIable and its client organisations. Working closely with the Human Resource Manager, the post holder will provide practical, solutions focused HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies, while promoting best practice, ethical use of technology and a positive employee experience. Job Purpose To assist the Human Resource Manager in delivering comprehensive Human Resource services. To deliver timely HR solutions, advice and provide an effective customer focused support service to all VIable clients.
