About the Role:We are supporting a well-established civil engineering contractor in their search for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR professional to provide expert guidance, support the existing HR team, and help drive HR best practice across the business.Key Responsibilities as a HR Advisor:Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and attracting candidates through to pre-employment screening and onboarding, while supporting hiring managers via the ATS and coordinating with external agencies and applicantsOverseeing the onboarding experience, including inductions and ensuring new starters are effectively integrated into the businessAdministering the offboarding process, ensuring all documentation is issued, exit interviews are completed, and records are accurately updatedAssisting in the development, implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the organisationProviding day-to-day HR administrative supportMaintaining HR compliance in line with GDPR requirementsSupporting employee wellbeing initiatives, advising management, directing staff to the EAP where appropriate, and overseeing absence, sickness and holiday tracking systemsOffering guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters, ensuring accurate documentation is maintainedWorking closely with the HR Manager to foster strong relationships across the business, acting as a reliable point of ..... full job details .....
