TSSA is a trade union representing more than 17,000 people across the transport and travel sector. We''re looking for an HR Advisor to join our small and supportive team, helping to deliver a high-quality HR service across the organisation.   Working closely with the HR Manager, you''ll provide practical HR advice and support to managers and employees, help manage employee relations matters, maintain HR systems and records, support payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to HR projects and policy development.   We''re looking for someone with generalist HR experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
