You''ll ensure fair, consistent outcomes in line with employment law, while coaching managers to reflect our clients values.This role is central to promoting a positive people culture, supporting operational teams, and helping deliver a best-in-class HR service across the business. Leading and managing a diverse ER caseload of varying complexity, risk, and volume.Managing cases including disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, redundancies, retirements, and litigation claims.Providing timely, practical advice to managers, collaborating with legal partners as required.Coaching and mentoring line managers on effective approaches to ER issues.Ensuring compliance with employment law, GDPR, policies, and ..... full job details .....
