This is a varied generalist role, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee lifecycle, ER, recruitment, HR operations, and HR projects. The successful candidate will provide practical HR advice to managers, support business-wide people initiatives, and help ensure the smooth delivery of HR processes and services across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to broaden their experience within a dynamic financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence management, occupational health referrals, and family-friendly policies. Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Manage probation reviews and support performance improvement processes. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including agency management, advertising, interview coordination, onboarding, and induction.
