      <description>Location: Ipswich | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, a large national contractor is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have had hands on experience and worked closely with managers and employees providing practical HR support and guidance. CIPD level 5 qualified with good working knowledge and understanding of the UK employment is essential for this role.    Duties &amp; Responsibilities    Provide comprehensive HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including coordinating new starter processes, maintaining accurate personnel records, producing employment documentation, and processing contractual and employee changes.   Produce, monitor and interpret HR data and management information, including absence trends, staff turnover and engagement metrics, providing insights to support business decisions.   Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and managers, acting as a trusted and accessible point of contact for day-to-day HR support.
