You ll be joining a newly formed HR team with a clear goal: raise the profile of HR across the business and become genuine partners to managers, not just the people they call when something s gone wrong. The role You''ll be providing hands-on, generalist HR support across a busy manufacturing site, working closely with managers to solve problems, develop people, and improve the employee experience. No two days will look the same. You could be coaching a manager through a difficult conversation in the morning, supporting recruitment after lunch, and wrapping up an employee relations case before you head home.
