You don''t need to be a seasoned HR consultant. We''re looking for someone with practical HR knowledge, strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients. Day to Day Meeting with around four different clients each day via video call. Understanding each client''s business, challenges and HR requirements. Advising clients on HR documentation and employment-related queries. Drafting bespoke HR documentation, including contracts, policies and handbooks. Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice. Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and deadlines. Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through every interaction. Supporting existing clients with ongoing HR queries and documentation.
