Job purpose The HR Advisor will provide wide-ranging HR and personnel support and advice to ensure the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR function of the Missionary Society of Saint Columban. Employment Law and Compliance: Staying up to date on UK employment legislation and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Also, maintaining a robust and up-to-date Employee Handbook. The HR Advisor will ensure that the Charity remains fully compliant and that all areas of staff employment are correct and legal.
