HR Advisor Location: Kettering Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Tandem Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team based in Kettering. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you''ll play a key role in supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a wide range of HR initiatives. The Role As HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, including: Supporting the full recruitment process, including liaising with candidates, managing recruitment agencies, preparing adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews and issuing offer documentation. Preparing accurate HR documentation in a timely manner. Managing key employee lifecycle processes including starters, leavers, contractual changes and employee benefits. Coordinating onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. Managing absence administration using the Bradford Factor. Supporting internal and external training and development activities.
