JOB TITLE: -HR Advisor
RATE: -25.47ph (umbrella)
TYPE: LOCUM
HOURS: Full time role (37 hrs per week)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working available

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor-a temporary basis.

This role will support a key period of transition while we recruit to a permanent position.

You wil work-closely with the HR & OD Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and people-centred HR support throughout an ongoing change programme. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and staff, providing expert guidance on a wide range of employment matters.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly improving department undergoing a fundamental transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees
• Lead and support change management initiatives
• Assist in the delivery of HR projects aligned with organisational objectives
• Support job evaluation processes and provide analytical insight
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation and best practice
