This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and managers, providing expert HR advice and support across a broad range of people-related matters, including employee relations, organisational change, consultation and workforce initiatives. The Opportunity You will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting managers and senior stakeholders through complex organisational change programmes and employee relations matters.
