This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and managers, providing expert HR advice and support across a broad range of people-related matters, including employee relations, organisational change, consultation and workforce initiatives . The Opportunity You will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting managers and senior stakeholders through complex organisational change programmes and employee relations matters. You will provide advice on employment legislation, HR best practice and institutional policies, while developing business cases and supporting consultation and selection processes.
