This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with a strong Employee Relations focus. Working alongside the Head of People, you will provide practical HR support to managers and employees while helping to develop people practices and support the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and welfare matters. Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports and recommendations. Support and coach managers through HR processes. Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes. Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Support the development and review of HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR practices remain legally compliant. Support employee engagement, wellbeing and development initiatives. Assist with HR projects, organisational change and continuous improvement.
