This is a hands-on, generalist HR role with a strong Employee Relations focus. Working alongside the Head of People, you will provide practical HR support to managers and employees while helping to develop people practices and support the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and welfare matters. Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports and recommendations. Support and coach managers through HR processes. Support recruitment, onboarding and probation processes.
