      <description>Location: West Bromwich | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;40000/annum | Type: Permanent | SF Partners are seeking an experienced and confident HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing business. This is a varied generalist role offering exposure across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and HR operations.    West Bromwich | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) | 37 hours per week  Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (dependant on experience)    Key Responsibilities  - Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.  - Coach and support managers through investigations and formal meetings.  - Support recruitment activities including CV screening, interviews, agency management and onboarding.  - Act as a first point of contact for HR queries.  - Maintain employee records and HR systems.  - Assist with HR reporting and people initiatives.
