HR Advisor Grantham - onsite working £35,000 + Enhanced Benefits Permanent and Full Time SF Partners is exclusively recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established and growing organisation based in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive HR team where they can genuinely make a difference. With different teams, processes and ways of working across the organisation, there is plenty of opportunity to get involved, build relationships and help bring greater consistency to the wider HR function. We''re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes ownership of their work and has the confidence to think for themselves, ask questions and find practical solutions. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you''ll work alongside an experienced HR team, providing generalist advice and support to managers and employees, whilst also getting involved in wider HR projects, administration, training and internal communications.
