HR Advisor

SF Partners is recruiting an HR Advisor for a manufacturing business in Aylesbury. With the Head of HR taking on a more strategic, board-level remit, the business needs an experienced generalist who can take responsibility for day-to-day HR. You''ll be a visible point of contact for employees and managers, confident offering practical advice and following through on the administration. Aylesbury Fully site-based 8:30 - 5:00 Monday to Thursday - finish at 2:00 on FridaysSalary: £40,000 - £45,000 What you''ll be doing - Advising managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance and absence. - Building relationships across the site, getting to know the workforce and resolving everyday HR queries. - Coordinating recruitment, pre-employment checks and onboarding. - Maintaining accurate records, producing contracts and letters, and managing HR inputs into payroll. - Using Excel to produce HR reports, identify trends and provide information that supports people decisions. - Supporting appraisals, training coordination, wellbeing activities and employee engagement. - Helping improve HR procedures, documentation and consistency across the business.
