People and HR Advisor Location: Coventry Salary: £35,000 Hours: Full time site based early finish on a Friday. SF Partners are working with a successful manufacturing business to recruit a People and HR Advisor who will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you''ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while helping to strengthen HR processes, enhance employee engagement and support managers in developing high-performing teams. The Role This is a varied generalist HR position where no two days are the same. You''ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR support, ensuring employees receive an outstanding experience from onboarding through to development and beyond. You will have the chance to build strong relationships across the business, improve process, support employee development and make a genuine impact on company culture.
