HR Advisor Central Nottingham - 3 days onsite, 2 days from home Up to £38,000 DOE + benefits, including CIPD study support Permanent and Full Time We are exclusively working with a growing, fast-paced business in Nottingham to recruit a brand-new HR Generalist/Advisor. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has built strong HR foundations but is now looking for more autonomy, variety and the opportunity to really make an impact. This isn''t a traditional HR Advisor role within a wider People team. This sits mainly standalone in an SME, taking real ownership across the people agenda, working with plenty of autonomy across generalist HR, talent acquisition, employee development and performance. With plans for further growth, you''ll play an important role in bringing structure and consistency to how the business attracts, develops and manages its people, while having the freedom to spot what could work better and make it happen. You won''t be expected to know everything from day one. What matters more is that you''re proactive, commercially minded and confident enough to find solutions, make things happen and build great relationships across the business.
