This role will support the delivery of key People Strategy initiatives while partnering with managers to provide expert advice across employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing, and policy development.  This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong ER casework experience who enjoys balancing operational HR support with wider strategic people projects.
