HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor (Change)

We are seeking experienced HR Advisors to support an organisational change programme. Working as part of a dedicated HR project team, you will provide hands-on support across restructures, consultation exercises, redundancy programmes, redeployment activity, and employee relations.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience of delivering complex workforce change within a complex unionised environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes.Coordinate and administer consultation processes, including collective and individual consultations.Provide advice and guidance on redundancy, voluntary redundancy (VR), redeployment, and workforce change procedures.Manage a varied caseload of complex employee relations matters, including settlement agreements and change-related cases.Build effective relationships with Trade Unions, employee representatives, managers, and key stakeholders.Prepare consultation documentation, letters, change proposals, and meeting records.Ensure HR records and associated documentation are accurate, compliant, and delivered within tight timescales.Support managers throughout the change process, providing practical and legally compliant HR advice.CandidatesWe are seeking HR Advisor / HR Professionals who have a hands on experience of change management including restructuring, redundancy and consultation.
