Working as part of a dedicated HR project team, you will provide hands-on support across restructures, consultation exercises, redundancy programmes, redeployment activity, and employee relations.This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience of delivering complex workforce change within a complex unionised environment. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes. Coordinate and administer consultation processes, including collective and individual consultations. Provide advice and guidance on redundancy, voluntary redundancy (VR), redeployment, and workforce change procedures. Manage a varied caseload of complex employee relations matters, including settlement agreements and change-related cases. Build effective relationships with Trade Unions, employee representatives, managers, and key stakeholders. Prepare consultation documentation, letters, change proposals, and meeting records.
