The responsibilities of the HR Advisor will be:    Providing high-quality, business-focused HR advice to schools, academies and education clients across a broad range of employee relations matters  Managing complex casework including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, redundancy and organisational change  Advising on education specific terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with relevant national frameworks and statutory guidance  Supporting schools through restructuring, consultation exercises and TUPE transfers, including academy conversions  Building strong working relationships with headteachers, governors and senior leaders, offering pragmatic and risk aware advice  Leading or contributing to policy development and reviewing procedures in line with legislative updates and best practice ...</description>
