This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice and guidance to headteachers and senior leaders across maintained schools. Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and organisational change. Advise on recruitment, retention and workforce planning, ensuring schools are equipped to attract and retain talented staff. Support trade union consultations and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Assist with workforce data analysis, reporting and HR metrics to support informed decision making. Support organisational development initiatives and contribute to change management projects. Produce clear and accurate HR guidance, reports and management information.
