Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you''ll have the opportunity to help shape and modernise HR policies, processes and ways of working. The opportunity This is far more than a traditional HR administration role. You''ll be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical advice across the full employee lifecycle while also helping to improve how the People function operates. You''ll be involved in: Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees Supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding Advising on employee relations, attendance and organisational change Drafting contracts, offer letters and contractual amendments Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Reviewing, updating and improving HR policies and processes Bringing structure and consistency to existing HR information and processes Supporting learning and development initiatives, ..... full job details .....
