From absence and performance management to disciplinaries, grievances and flexible working requests, you''ll play an important role in ensuring our people practices reflect employment law, best practice, our values and our commercial goals.What you''ll be doingAs our HR Advisor, you''ll:Act as a first point of contact for managers seeking HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters.Support managers with sickness absence, investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, capability, performance management, whistle-blowing and flexible working requests.Provide guidance and support around suspension processes.Support formal meetings and hearings, including producing accurate and confidential notes.Build professional and constructive relationships with trade union ..... full job details .....
