Key Responsibilities As an HR Advisor - Rewards Focus, you will: ? Salary and Bonus Reviews: Manage the annual salary review process for both management and operational teams, ensuring timely and accurate data management in MyRewards. ? Benefits Management: Oversee PMI annual renewals and manage life assurance and BUPA renewal processes. ? Gender Pay Gap Reporting: Own the GPG reporting process, ensuring legal compliance and insightful analysis for senior leadership. ? Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide critical data analysis to support reward program decisions, including annual and quarterly audits to ensure data accuracy. ?
