This role would suit an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and selection, HR policy and employee resourcing who is confident in providing advice and guidance to managers and working across multiple recruitment exercises. The Role The successful candidate will support the effective delivery of employee resourcing activity, ensuring recruitment processes are managed efficiently and in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation and HR best practice. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Senior HR Advisor in delivering a professional, proactive and customer-focused resourcing service. Ensuring employee resourcing activity is delivered in line with relevant resourcing policies, legislation and HR best practice. Supporting the implementation of workforce planning and associated resourcing activity. Providing advice, guidance and support to managers and panel members on recruitment and selection matters.
