We''re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their people team. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys a broad role covering employee relations, recruitment, data analysis, compliance, and continuous improvement. Employee Relations and HR Advisory Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. Provide advice and guidance on employee relations cases including: Attendance and absence management Performance management Disciplinary and grievance procedures Flexible working requests Workplace wellbeing matters Support managers through investigations, formal meetings and hearings. Advise on occupational health matters and return-to-work processes. Recruitment and Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from vacancy approval through to offer stage. Prepare contracts, employment documentation and new starter paperwork. Coordinate onboarding activities and support the delivery of induction programmes. Ensure all pre-employment and compliance checks are completed accurately. HR Administration and Compliance Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
