      <description>Location: Tunbridge Wells | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, based in Tunbridge Wells, for a Senior HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a varied and rewarding role within a growing organisation. About the Role:  Providing expert HR guidance to managers and employees Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities Assisting with HR policy development and implementation Monitoring compliance with employment legislation Producing HR reports and supporting business initiatives  About You:  Proven experience within an HR Advisory role CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD Strong employment law knowledge Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage confidential information professionally Strong organisational and time management skills  Salary and Working Pattern: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum Full-time, Monday to Friday Benefits:  25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme Hybrid working opportunities Professional development support Employee wellbeing programme Life assurance  If you are interested...</description>
