      <description>Location: Weybridge | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Immediate Temporary (ongoing)  We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our clients small, dynamic HR team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive HR guidance and support across various aspects of people management. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, training, employee engagement, and managing employee relations cases. Additionally, you will be involved in exciting projects such as the implementation of a new HR System - Cezanne HR and various employee engagement activities. Day-to-day of the role:  Recruitment: Manage all aspects from candidate attraction to selection, including liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, and ensuring diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes. Performance Management: Support and advise on probationary reviews, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
