HR Advisor Southend Part-time 30 Hours per weekAre you an experienced HR professional ready to make a real impact in a values-driven organisation? I''m looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join the team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality, responsive HR service.What you''ll be doing:This is a true generalist HR role where no two days are the same. You''ll work closely with managers across the organisation, providing expert advice and hands-on support across a wide range of HR activities, including:Leading on employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence)Coaching and supporting managers to drive best practice and fair people managementMonitoring absence trends and supporting wellbeing initiativesLocal multi site HR meetingsSupporting change projects including TUPE, restructures and organisational developmentAssisting with recruitment processes and onboarding activitiesContributing to HR policy development and continuous improvementWhat we''re looking for:CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)Strong generalist HR background with ER case management experienceUp-to-date knowledge of UK employment lawConfident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsOrganised, detail-focused and able to manage a varied workloadExperience in health and social care (desirable but not essential)Why join?You''ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team committed to delivering excellent care and creating a positive workplace ..... full job details .....
