This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with managers, and playing a key role in shaping the employee experience across the full employment lifecycle. Key Duties Employee Relations  Provide practical and professional HR guidance to managers and employees. Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence cases. Support investigations and formal HR meetings.
