HR AdvisorSalary: £40,248.00 per annum with £4,800 Vehicle AllowanceLocation: Leatherhead, SurreyHybrid working model:Based in Leatherhead with home working availableInitial period likely to be 5 days on-site to support onboarding, training and team integrationOngoing flexibility required, with non-fixed office days to meet business and casework demandsAbout the RoleReed HR are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide front-line, practical HR support to managers and employees across a diverse operational business.This role has a strong focus on employee relations case management, manager coaching, and ensuring consistent and compliant application of HR policies.You will play a key role in supporting a fair, pragmatic and commercially focused HR service, helping managers navigate complex people matters with confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) casework, from initial triage through to resolutionProvide clear, pragmatic advice to managers on both informal and formal processesCoach managers on handling performance, absence, conduct and complex people issuesPromote early resolution and reduce escalation of ER mattersEnsure all HR activities comply with employment legislation and internal policiesMaintain accurate and audit-ready case documentationSupport organisational change activities including restructures, redundancies and TUPEIdentify trends and provide insights to improve manager capability and HR practicesAbout YouProven experience ..... full job details .....
