      <description>Location: Wakefield | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are currently working with our Public Sector client (based in Wakefield) to recruit a HR Advisor on a 6 months fixed term contract basis.  As HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing full support to the Senior HR Team assisting and supporting apprentices, work placements or temporary agency staff as appropriate. Role Information 37.5 hours per week Job Role: • To support on reducing sickness absence through active management of cases including short-term and long-term sickness • To manage a case load of investigations and employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, and support managers in performance management issues • To ensure the provision of advice to all managers within the Trust regarding all aspects of employment procedure for all categories of staff, as well as associated post-employment issues. • To support the Senior HR Advisor on meeting the Trust''s key performance indicators which relate to case work including sickness absence • Seek guidance from the Senior HR Advisor where required • Work on own initiative and prioritise own workload and ensure key performance indicators and service level agreements are met as agreed with...</description>
