HR Advisor

Salary: £36,500 - £40,000Location: Bristol (flexible base across four Bristol office locations)Hours: 37 hours per weekMonday-Thursday: 8:30am-4:30pm Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm (some flexibility with hours)Working Pattern: Some hybrid available each week depending on business needsWe are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive People Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and making a tangible difference within a multi-site organisation.Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across a broad range of employee relations and people matters. You will help leaders navigate HR challenges with confidence, ensuring a consistent, fair and people-focused approach.This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You''ll utilise your HR expertise, sound judgement and problem-solving skills to develop practical solutions that support both organisational objectives and employee wellbeing.
