HR Advisor - PermanentLocation: CroydonHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (On-site)Contract: Full-time, PermanentMy client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Croydon. This is a fully on-site, permanent position offering a varied and hands-on HR remit.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employeesManage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance managementSupport recruitment processes, onboarding and inductionAssist with HR policies, procedures and compliance with employment legislationMaintain accurate HR records and support HR reportingWork closely with senior stakeholders to support business objectivesKey Requirements:Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR roleStrong knowledge of UK employment lawConfident advising managers across a range of HR mattersExcellent communication and organisational skillsCIPD qualification (or working towards) desirableAbility to work fully on-site, Monday to FridayWhat''s on Offer:Permanent, stable role within a supportive teamStandard office hours - no shifts or weekendsOpportunity to develop and grow within the HR function Interested?
