HR Advisor Manchester Up to £32,990 per annum Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) Full-Time As an HR Advisor, you''ll provide operational HR support, advice and guidance to managers across the business, managing a variety of employee relations cases and organisational change projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy HR team and play a key role in supporting colleagues across a diverse organisation. Key Responsibilities Advising managers on employment law, HR policies and employee relations matters. Supporting restructures, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE processes. Coaching managers on performance, absence management, capability and conflict resolution. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Maintaining HR records and producing reports. Identifying risks and providing practical HR solutions.
