This is a varied and fast-paced generalist HR role with a significant focus on employee relations, supporting managers across multiple sites and functions. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance while managing a large and varied ER caseload. This position would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple complex cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations  Lead and manage a high-volume ER caseload covering disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, capability, and conduct matters.
