This is a broad generalist role offering exposure to employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR projects, policy development, and people initiatives. The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities will include:Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, family leave, and flexible working matters.Providing advice, coaching, and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice.Supporting and coordinating end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.Contributing to talent attraction and talent pipeline initiativesSupporting onboarding, probation reviews, employee lifecycle processes, and exit interviews.Producing HR reports, analysing data, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Supporting wellbeing initiatives and wider HR projects.Maintaining HR systems and employee records while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and GDPR ..... full job details .....
