HR Advisor P/T

Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Runcorn. You''ll report directly to the Regional HR Manager and will be responsible for providing comprehensive generalist HR support to line managers across the site. You''ll work in partnership with operational leaders to deliver effective people management solutions and ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently. In line with business requirements, you may also be required to provide HR support across other sites or operational areas as needed. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the People agenda with key focus on culture change, talent and process improvement. This is a part-time, permanent, site-based position, working 24 hours a week over 3 days. We are flexible which days these are, to suit you and the business need. Pay, benefits and more: We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000.00 per annum, and 15 days annual leave (plus bank holidays - pro rata).
