      <description>Location: Bournemouth | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant  You will Resolve queries from internal customers providing information on complex processes and the related policies for all aspects of employee relations (including absence management, grievance, disciplinary, and performance management), escalating case work where appropriate to more senior colleagues.  Support manager with coaching of senior leaders, managers and members of Governing Board through management cases.  Pro-actively manage and deliver employee relations casework efficiently and effectively to ensure legislative and procedural compliance.  Review and update school''s policies and procedures in light of current legislation and best practice to ensure own work adheres to those standards.
