HR Advisor

Portfolio HR and Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a 3 month temporary contract.This role will be based in Newbury and offers hybrid working with 2 days in office and the rest working from home.The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between 18 - 21 per hour, holiday pay included. As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policySupport with the delivery and roll out of HR initiatives.Advise on the development of Policy, strategy, and plans.
