      <description>Location: Bradford | Salary: &amp;pound;20 - &amp;pound;22/hour | Type: Temporary | Portfolio HR &amp; Reward are supporting a culture driven business, that are currently seeking a HR Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.  This role will be based in Bradford, and will be on site 2 days per week.  The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between -20 - -22 per hour as well as holiday pay.  As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;   Support on the backlog of long-term sickness absences  Providing support to line managers and senior leaders regarding absence cases  Work with the individuals to support them returning to work   The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;   Proven experience of managing complex employee relations cases, especially sickness  Be highly organised and strong communication skills  Be available immediately         52189LG  INDHRR  If you are a HR Advisor that is keen to work for a supportive, forward thinking business and is immediately available - please apply for a confidential conversation.
